our crates are expertly handcrafted out of anodized
aluminum which eliminates discoloration and
coat residue.
Anodized aluminum does not dull over time, will
continue to look new year after year and unlike inferior
methods such as powdercoating will never chip or peel
off.
All traditional crates and stack sets are
constructed out of 050 aluminum for strength, value and
durability.
Folding crates have the option of ultra light
aluminum to decrease overall weight without sacrificing
strength and durability.
All trim, hinge and rivets are made of stainless
steel eliminating loosening and making each crate strong
and ideal for shipping.
Our unique doors are double paneled with solid
aluminum rods for ventilation.
The door closures are metal and spring loaded
making accidental opening impossible and come standard
with a lockable hasp for added security.
Our reinforced floors are raised 3/4" to
increase flex and insulate from direct temperature
transfer.
